OUTPLACEMENT SUPPORT
If you are served with notice on the grounds of redundancy you will be able to access up to three months of support from Right Management, depending on when you leave. If you would like to have this support, you will need to contact your HRBP who will complete a referral form that will be sent to Right Management. Right Management will then contact you to learn more about you and what you need. They will also register you on their portal called ‘Next’ and will book your first career coaching appointment for you.
The support you will receive will include:
- Expert Career Coaching with an assigned Coach to helps you plan your next steps, develop a market-ready CV and practice interview skills.
- 60+ Live and On-Demand Webinars. From navigating next career steps, to CVs, interviews and LinkedIn.
- Access to a Career Coach Helpdesk as needed. Ad-hoc support available via email and telephone.
- Employer & Recruiter events and Connections. Direct introductions to employers, with regular Virtual Careers Fairs, Employer Spotlight events & podcasts.
- First 90 days plan to succeed in a new role.
