OUTPLACEMENT SUPPORT
If you are served with notice on the grounds of redundancy (both compulsory and voluntary) you will be able to access up to three months of support from Right Management, depending on when you leave. If you would like to have this support, you will need to contact the HRPhelp inbox who will complete a referral form that will be sent to Right Management. Right Management will then contact you by phone and email to learn more about you and what you need. They will also register you on their portal called ‘RightEverywhere’ and will book your first career coaching appointment for you. They will then send a confirmation of this and share info on their privacy policy.
