Amnesty International Indonesia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to provide financial and administrative support that ensures the smooth running of the office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will directly support the Finance and Office Manager in day-to-day operations. The position covers a range of financial administration duties, including reviewing expense reports, supporting documentation and reconciliations, assisting payroll processes, and managing procurement of office supplies.On the administrative side, the role involves handling reception duties, coordinating travel and logistics for staff and events, maintaining office records and databases, managing supplies and equipment, and supervising cleaning services. The postholder will play a central role in making sure that office operations run efficiently and that staff receive timely support.ABOUT YOU
The suitable candidate:
• Has experience in administrative and financial reporting support roles.
• Has a good understanding of accounting principles (an advantage).
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Has experience in general reception or front office duties.
• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Has good written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Is organised, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Is honest, disciplined, thorough, and trustworthy.
